Why are most women hostile to hookers? Shouldn't women be more tolerant of each other?

Not every hooker has a dirty character. Some do it under pressure and sparingly. I think the biggest reason women are exploited is because of men. At least women should side with each other.

Men cheat and get vulnerable women to do nasty things in bed.

People are only nasty towards sex workers because society puts a negative view on them. Sex workers are no different than anyone else. They work their job, they get paid. They provide a necessary service, if you don’t like that then don’t use the service. And people who say that sex workers are nasty and disease carrying make me laugh. Professional sex workers are known to be some of the cleanest people in terms of STD’s. You're more likely to catch something from the one night stand you took home than a sex worker, it’s their job to get tested regularly and practice safe sex.

I have known a few women over the years, who had worked as prostitutes at one time or another. I thought they were reasonably normal people, but with a few more "life issues" than the average person. Actually they came across as "caring" type of people, somewhat like women who become nurses.

My guess is that regular women like that men have to come to them for sex. They have to start a relationship and jump through all the hoops. If men can just pay for sex, it takes away their power.

I'm a man, but since women are taught to be judicious about their partner lest they cheapen themselves, hookers are disliked by many women because they amplify the stereotype of women being easy to bed.
