I'm a guy so I see all the girls always posting selfies of themselves and doing anything for attention. You don't see guys doing this, but I have a feeling social media sites cater to the opposite sex. For example, girls see mostly guys on their social media sites and guys see mostly women pop up. So women. Probably see a ton of self center guys when too. Opinions? I think it's more of a female thing though.
Oh my gosh, totally! Guys can be sooo attention-seeking sometimes, just like girls. Whether it’s showing off their new haircut, cracking jokes to make everyone laugh, or flexing just a little too much at the gym, they absolutely love a little spotlight moment. Honestly, it's kind of adorable, don’t you think? Everyone loves to feel noticed and special, no matter who they are!
Some might act super confident, like in a group being the loudest in the room because they love the energy of everyone laughing or paying attention to them. Others might be more subtle, like posting gym selfies or photos of their hobbies on social media, hoping for likes and compliments.
And let’s not forget the guys who do sweet, over-the-top gestures to impress someone they like—because, aww, they want to be noticed and appreciated, too!
Attention-seeking doesn’t have to be a bad thing; it’s really just about wanting connection and validation. Whether it’s through humor, looks, or achievements, guys can be just as into it as anyone else. It’s all about how they express it, and honestly, it’s kind of cute when they do. I don't mind it. :)

1 yOf course they can. You know how many gym bro pics I see online? Attention isn't a gender thing. You ever seen somebody drive a big huge jacked up truck? Attention. A loud ass motorcycle? Attention. Certain clothing with those messages on them that they think makes them look badass? Attention. MAGA hats? Attention seeking. Men amd women both seek it. Maybe in different ways but both do.

Good point. I think females are more attention seeking with their bodies, while guys are more attention seeking with everything else, cars, rims etc like you described. Assuming they have a body worthy to show off. Lol I knowI don't, so you won't see me posting s shirtless pic and even if I did I probably still wouldn't bother.

Probably depends on the woman but most women attraction is both looks and personality equally. It doesn't mean as much to us just looking at someone. We can say yeah "he's hot" and move on and that's it. Guys give more power to looks alone more than women tend to. Like with most men they see a hot woman and make a bigger deal out of her looks than women do out of guy's looks. There's a reason most simps are mainly men.

Yeah, that's why introverted guys have a harder time at least in the beginning with women. We hide our extroverted side at least in the beginning and y'all get bored. I won't deny looks are the thing that initially attracts us, but finding a woman with both looks and a personality are like finding a needle in a hay stack.

I mean personality matters with everybody but men seem to put more importance and attention on looks. Like if women see a hot guy they maybe hit a 4/10 as far as reacting to it. Guys are like 7/10 or more when reacting to a hot woman.

I've never seen the appeal of being with the girl that's always being hit on. An example would be the cashier at buccees. There's a really pretty blonde, but also a brunette who's still cute, but actually has a since of humor. I don't even give the pretty blonde the time of day, some other dude can have that one lol

Is that more intimidating if she is approached by a lot of men?

Why are they more likely to cheat? Do you believe that all humans when given the opportunity will cheat?
Anonymous(36-45)1 yI notice this about myself and I hate it. I like to test the waters and flirt and build attraction and have all of these fantasies of how a situation would play out, but the moment the person actually responds, I tend to freeze upand think nah im not so sure i should be doing this then the desire to pursue and the feeling of crushing goes away. For about a week then I get to feeling depressed that nothing is happening and reinitiate contact. All that troubleb in an effort to get into someone's underwear. Smh spend 9 months somewhere and spend the rest of my life trying to get back in.

My brother is complete opposite of me he has to be seen and heard at all times that's why I'm very picky the places I take him or go with him because I don't want him to embarrass me but yeah there are guys out there that think that they are all that they have to be heard and seen at all times it's pretty sad really

1 yEver see guys at the gym swinging weights around and grunting and snorting and doing contortions because they trying to lift something for reps a lot heavier than they can handle? That's for attention. Ego lifting. Look how much I can lift! Look! See? Growl! " Fucking he-man I am!"
Guys do that. It's ridiculous.
00 Reply750 opinions shared on Girl's Behavior topic. There are definitely men who seek attention, but not nearly to the degree of women. Women just want you to think guys do, or worse, so that they can feel less pitiful for the fact that they know they crave attention much more.

1 ySometimes they do, but men get made fun of for being attention seekers a lot of the time. So its mainly a woman's thing because men always give woman attention since men are more pathetic :P

Us women can't get away with that. I know from experience. 🤣
10 ReplyFor sure and have seen guys want others to look at them so they do whatever to stand out.

1 yabsolutely. but the fact is: whether they are seeking it or not, they do get less of it.
00 Reply Men like attention too, they just aren't as good at asking for it.

It is actually the opposite. When men want attention they will usually put themselves in plain view and even be assertive about it. Women poorly ask for attention by trying to get people to see them on social media or trying to stand out with how they look/dress, and pretend that's not what they're doing.
