So I met this girl a few days ago and we talked a little bit not much and I was liking her and she was pretty and I thought it was mutual. I asked her if she wanted to get lunch together and get to know each other better and she replied with yea that’s cool maybe we can get a group of us together. What does this mean?

At this point, it means that she just doesn't know you and wants to get a better feel for your vibe before spending one-on-one time with you. It's not a rejection, at this point.

If she's still doing that kind of thing after you've gotten to know each other, that'll be a sign that she's not interested.

I'm guessing that she isn't interested in a date with you or it never crossed her mind that's what you were wanting. My best is on the former though because a group of friends mean it isn't a date. Not even a friend date.
