Girl DM's me but I'm not into her?

A girl from work asked me for my Instagram. She immediately messaged me saying hey :). I responded with "Hey what's up?". Her response was "Not much." I liked the message and left the conversation there because it didn't seem to offer anything and she was the one to message me. After I accepted her request, she also changed her profile picture and added a new post. Two days later she liked one of my Instagram posts from a year ago. After this, she also immediately just asked me "What's up?" out of the blue. What does this mean? I get the feeling she likes me but I'm just not into her. What do I do?

You’re not interested; so please feel more than welcome to ignore her “hey” messages. She’s not said anything substantial that warrants a response anyway

I don’t want to say she doesn’t like you because that could totally be what’s going on here. BUT, my own experiences have shown that occasionally you’ll add someone semi-close to you (aka a mutual, a schoolmate, coworker, etc) who wants to interact just because you’re friends online now. I don’t know what the motive is, like are they feeling obligated to interact, trying to boost engagement on their page or what but it’s annoying for sure.
