Girls, how should I have responded or act? (Repost)?

Repost - I am not able to post query in my previous question - I started conversation with her, few days of greetings then after few days she started to ignore me completely. Then After 3 days of ignoring she was weirdly looking at me and making eye contact when I arrived in common area the same evening she did the same. It appeared to me she wanted me to talk, but the way she was looking at me made me super uncomfortable and scared me literally. Now again ignoring me.

I'm confused. How are we supposed to know your previous question if you are anon? What was the substance of that post that is missing here? Also reporting the same thing (if you are) is not allowed. So I have no clue how to answer this without more information. Who is "she"? A friend? Coworker? Who? Someone making eye contact with you means nothing. Guess what? You had to be staring at her to know she was looking at you. Did you think about that? She could have been thinking to herself the same thing you are asking here. "Why is this guy staring at me?". That tends to make people self conscious and then it is a natural thing to keep looking to see if a person is still doing it. I don't think she has any interest since she is now ignoring you.
