She will put the keys in the key dish by the Coat rack and tell them are there. I need them handed to me. It cheeses me off she won't hand things to me directly. she feels unsafe around me and is afraid is handing me stuff.
This angers me. How do I fix her.

I need her to hand stuff to me and hug me. I might die of cancer. She laughed and said that's so creepy. i am not hugging you after being cussed out. So basically she's saying I am a pervert.

She said one minute I am all sweet and nice and next the minute I am in her face because she put the milk cap on wrong and shoving her out of the house and neighbors are yelling at her calling her a spoiled rotten brat. She said the stress is giving her body pain and making it hard to sleep well. I told her to be a stronger person and get over it but she's weak. She shouldn't be bothered by anything I say or do for more than one minute.

Your teenager puts the keys in the designated key dish and this pisses you off? why?
I want my keys handed directly to me in my hand. She puts my card when she goes grocery shopping for me on the dryer or the bathroom counter. She won't hand me anything. She won't hug me or other people. She moves out of the way if I come near her or try to put my arm around her. I might have breast cancer and die so this is weird. She said it's weird I get so mad about this.
You sound like a piece of work. Perhaps look at the way you treat her. Her fear stems from somewhere.
I tried to use Google translate on this but no luck. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I want the keys handed to me instead she puts it on the dryer. I want to hear people because I am trying to help he
Look I'm not trying to make fun of you.
You leave out a lot of information. I assume you were talking about your daughter, but you don't even mention whether or not she's your daughter.
If you're talking about your teenage daughter then it isn't unusual behavior. Teenagers are notoriously rebellious and can drive their parents crazy. You are obviously under tremendous stress because of her behavior.
There's only so much you can do to control her. She is becoming her own person and taking control of her own life.
Does her father live with you? You need his help. This sounds like a discipline problem and usually it takes a man to handle those situations. It takes both of you.
From the sound of it I'm guessing maybe her father is not in the picture. But you don't give any of those details so it's very hard to understand the situation.
I would say to speak to a medical person and see if you can get some kind of psychological counseling to help you through. Especially if you are all alone taking care of your daughter. That can be overwhelming and unless you are strong you cannot help her.
Especially if there is no one else there to help you you may need to seek some outside help to get the right advice.
She is a teenager
Her father is never home he's "working". He doesn't back me up at all his mother is her little buddy. My 16 year old is trying to file to get a divorce from us. She would rather live with her friend in a dilapidated trailer or her grandma than with us. I told if she does that she will not see her brother again. My younger son who is eleven started sobbing. My other daughter who is very obedient hates her.
My thinking is that you have a responsibility to your son and your other daughter and you cannot let your rebellious daughter keep you from that responsibility. Her bad behavior must not prevent you from taking care of them and their needs.
She needs discipline. And if she's not going to get it from her father they're probably isn't much you can do.
You obviously love her and care about her but are overwhelmed by her behavior.
You have to try to protect yourself and your two other children and that means you may have to let her do whatever she is going to do. All you can do is try to get through to her by telling her that you love her but if she's going to continue to behave that way then you will have to protect yourself and your other children.
You have to get the message through to her that you want to have a good relationship with her and you care about her but if she's going to act that way you can't let her ruin the whole family.
You have to try to remain calm around her no matter how much she tries to rattle your cage.
That's the trick. She is trying to get your attention by upsetting you. You have to show her that that doesn't work and you are going to remain calm no matter how much she tries to upset you.
Take a deep breath and be the adult. Tell her that you love her but if she continues to behave this way you will have to protect yourself and your other children.
She is becoming an adult and has to make her own decisions. There is only so much you can do by yourself to help her.
She has to realize that and know that no matter what happens you have to take care of yourself and your other children. So there is only so far you can go no matter what she does.
You are only human. There is only so much you can do and at a certain point you just have to protect yourself. You can't help your children if you are not strong.
Her behavior is not unusual. But I know that it's very hard to deal with for you especially not without their father's help.
You need to protect yourself at some point.
Thanks
I wish you well. And don't worry, this is something all parents go through when their children become teenagers. It's rough but it will eventually pass and the two of you will likely get past it at some point.
The trick is you have to show her you love her but at the same time let her know there are boundaries to her behavior. She needs to see you as a human being and realize that you have feelings too and she is hurting them.
I wish you well.
Try not to insult her. Instead try to show her the way to handle things without insulting her. Be the voice of reason and calmness if you can... I know it's not easy.
She will try to stir things up, you have to try to calm them down.
Thanks you you have given me a lot to think about it
Hope it helps. 🤗
If she feels unsafe around you then stop being such an angry tyrant
I don't feel I am. I feel she is weak and live in a delusional fantasy land. She makes me out to be the monster but I am not
If you're in her face just because she put the cap on the milk wrong then you're a crazy idiot and need to go see a psychologist and get yourself under control
And you don't need the keys handed to you, crazy control freak
You're taking out your anger about your cancer on your daughter and making her miserable with your nit picking control freak bullshit. Is that how you want to be remembered?
Thanks you have given. Me a lot to think about
