I am scared of my anger.. what do I do as a broke student?

Find healthy ways to express your anger without damage. Take a carton of eggs and chuck it at a wall, or go to the thrift store and find ugly plate ware to break, learn to write angry letters and not send them, crush food in your bare hands and toss it at the ground for animals to eat, there’s plenty of ways to express your anger without hurting anybody or yourself.

I heard there are free or at least cheap anger management classes you can go to run by various charities

What’s the correlation between the two? You’re angry cause you’re broke? Or you don’t have money to get help for your anger?

there is no correlation, sorry for the misunderstanding. just sometimes people suggest therapy but I don't have money and was wondering what other cheap ways to handle anger?

Have you tried watching YouTube videos? There might be a number of videos to help you understand why you’re like this. Maybe you already know the reason. But it could help to break some ground w that.
