Yeah, I guess it can, but I have to wear a uniform so I don't have a choice. Its also overly sized because its one size fits all. So far I just roll up the sleeves up to my shoulders, but I'm still hot
Stay hydrated and drink cold water. That should help a little. Not much else you can really do if it is mandatory.
Yes I definitely do that. Hehe what's the best way to keep the sleeves rolled up? They roll back down and it becomes so annoying to have to stop and roll em back up
