How do women who wear leggings that ride up not wear clothes for men?

I'd love to hear from females out of there who wear leggings that ride up (usually they wear skimpy underwear so you see all their movements). From a guy's standpoint, this seems like an attempt at attention and the ego boost from it.

But I also hear women who say they don't dress for guys and dress for themselves. Yet many women don't dress this way mainly because of the sexual attention they may get and don't want to have to deal with, so how do the women who do wear revealing clothing like this imagine their choice has nothing to do with men?

Leggings are extremely comfortable and modest in my opinion. I wear them even if I alone or in a group of only women so it has nothing to do with dressing for men

If you wear them discreetly and maybe even with a shirt on that goes down to your knees, that makes sense. I was thinking of women who wear leggings with thongs and don't cover their hind area, so you see the lady's form fully.

Wearing this at home or nothing at all even is understandable since you're at home, but showing that much when out is something I'm interested in when it comes to the mindset. For the record, there's nothing wrong with that. I'm just curious how women who wear revealing clothing reconcile getting all this attention and saying getting attention was never on their mind.

Leggings are fully covering so they are modest. So no there's nothing revealing about them

Neither am I. I'm asking if wearing them, especially with a thong and nothing covering your behind, is something women do for sexual attention or if there's other reasoning behind that.

If your leggings are forming a wedgie up your crack and one can see both your cheeks jiggle when you're walking in front of me then they are riding up, I can't paint a clearer image. It's been out there for like 15-20 years

Do you wear them without a t-shirt covering your butt? I think that's also a big part of my curiosity. Wearing them with, for example, a long sweater that goes down your legs isn't that revealing, but it is if you're wearing a thong and nothing covering you up. Like I said to other repliers, there's nothing wrong with that, I'm just curious about the mindset behind revealing this much about your form.
