Do women get insecure when a man has HIGHLY conventionally attractive woman friends?

I am a man with a woman friend, and I’d be kidding myself if I said she wasn’t gorgeous. Most men think she is. But she’s easily one of the very best friends I’ve had. Letting her go for the sole purpose of making a woman happy seems foolish beyond belief.

A woman can be a very secure woman and still feel insecure in a relationship. A lot of that depends on you and what you do to make the relationship secure. It doesn't mean you can't have attractive female friends, but it will change the dynamic somewhat. You have to prioritize your relationship over everything else and it has to be because the relationship is what you really want. If your friend is a true friend, she will completely understand and, ideally, share a friendship with your SO, too. As you will with her SO when she is in a relationship.

Insecurity in love comes from not knowing where you stand with someone. If you never give her any reason to question whether she’s your girlfriend, she won’t be bothered by attractive female friends

It makes sense for them to get insecure over it, however they should be able to trust you enough to know you won't cheat on them. It's natural to worry somewhat but at some point it becomes unreasonable and one has trust issues.
