Girls, I Have Trauma but Didn’t Go to Therapy — Am I Wrong to Still Be This Angry?

I’m a young woman. When I was a bit younger, i had very unfortunate experiences. A group of boys head-stomped me until my head bled. I begged them to stop. They didn’t.

They are now out there in the world and I have no justice. I don’t need any condolence but I don't know where to go.

no you could've went to therapy and it'd still be normal lol

i think you should try it for a while and genuinely put effort into it. they help guide you and it'll take some time, but it helps
