After she flaked, I decided to be detached but professional. She's nice in person when we meet at work, she checks my stories and when she meets me she comments them.

However, I gave her a task two months ago and she didn't even start. She ensured me that she wanted to do it perfectly for me, but she never sent anything of that. She didn't even reply to my reminders. I'm disappointed because she was always very good.

I dont know what to think. I am over her in the company, I could get angry!

Theoretically you may have superiority on the job, but you're in the bitch position now.

All she needs to do is tell a lawyer that you actively hit on her and asked her on a date. She agreed out of fear of loosing her job or having her career held back, only to back out later. And now you're going after her.

You're hands are tied. If you do anything against her, it'll be you job on the line. Worst case scenario for her now is she gets a nice payout from the company. You on the other hand, your companies legal team will throw you under the buss without batting an eye.
