Do women check up on their exs?

I think the better question would be if specifically your ex checks up on you, because we can’t really generalize with how individuals handle their own breakups. For example, I don’t feel inclined to check in on or keep up with my ex, I couldn’t be less interested if I tried. Meanwhile my ex-best friend would sporadically stalk her exes social medias. She’d go from no mention of him one week to a full breakdown of something she saw in another week. We’re all different.

Yes of course, a lot of them do. Just as some men do. But the crazy thing is a lot of them go ape shit when they see it’s only been a two months now he’s met someone else, they’re going on trips, posting vacations together but she’s still single. A lot of them make not sense in their actions.

I only have two I could check on, but one was over 20 years ago, not much point. Then the guy I broke up with four months ago, I wouldn't mind asking how he is but I don't know how to find him.
