"You are the whole package" what does this mean?

When a man says this to you, what does he mean? He said I was the whole package and I was wondering if that meant physically, mentally, what?

There are two categories that I know of.

- The Girlfriend, this is someone that you can be with to learn about what its like to be in a relationship.

- The Keeper, this is the kind of girl is the one that embodies both physical and mental appeal for the guy in such a way that he doesn't want to get rid of her, thus making her a "keeper".

By the sound of it, if he says "You are the whole package" I take that as him referring to you as a "keeper".
