Girl self-conscious about her looks around me?

I haven't seen this girl in years(3 years). She said, "Do I look the same?" I said "yeah" and she said "Thank you" under her breath. An hour later she said "I got thicker right?" I told her she looked fine, but she said she had been lazy and hasn't been going to the gym to drop 10 pounds. (She's not fat, she's curvy though around 130lbs 5' 5")

(I think she might of had a crush on me in high school, because she said hi to me out of no where)

(Also, she has about 60 + likes plus 20 comments telling her how good she looks on her recent picture of her whole body on Facebook. So, it's kind of strange for her to be worried about her looks around me)

Why do you think she's acting like this?

obviously she's self conscious.. All girls are like this. We want to be perfect. And actually its weird when someone tells us were beautiful or we don't look bad or anything like that. because in our minds we get all these bad thoughts going off like no your not beautiful or he's lying to you, that may not be your fault but that happened to all girls. And she probably asked because she just wanted your opinion. She might have a crush but I don't really know. I don't have enough info to tell for sure.

Well, she di ask if I had a girlfriend or ever had one as well, and was smiling a lot, and gently touched my back(could be friendly though)
