This is partially my fault because since its the default I always forget to disallow anons. However I'm tired of it, some jackass comments anon on my post either criticizing or insulting me. It happens all the damn time and I'm just going to say, if you do either of those in a way that even very mildly annoys me or whiny, YOU LOSE ANON PRIVILEGES.

its not like most anons have any decency anyway but goddamn it you want to insult someone don't do it hiding behind anon, that's pathetic and cowardly. Man the fuck up.

But anyone posting anything insulting or critical anon of me loses their anon privileges on my questions and takes because if you want to do that, at least have the goddamn decency to show your username.

Well said.
I expect the ability to revoke anon privileges comes with Editor (or possibly Influencer) status (Waffles is a demi-god). When you ask a question or make a poll, there's a place to (dis-) allow private and anonymous opinions, near where you select the topic.

So, if I block some annoying anon, they can still interact with me under their own name, just not anonymously, is that right? If so, I might use that; it's not cutting someone off altogether, just making them stand by their utterings.
