Different points of views
Its pretty interesting to me how peoples opinions can differ so much, i like that we have all different opinions or life would be boring, and how many people think there opinion is the only opinion that is correct. people all have different opinions and even if the opinion is worlds apart from yours unless the opinion is a stated fact it doesn't mean they're wrong, its fine to debate and disagree and say your point of view but its amazing how many people feel the need to insult others just because they don't agree.
Trolling
Don't get me wrong i've always known it existed and seen many people do this online, but i admit i never knew quite how seriously some people took it that they can spend every single day of there lives doing this, i understand for some it can be entertaining constantly outraging people online getting a reaction but i never knew quite the extent some people went to.
Friendships
I've made some great friends on GAG that i never thought i would which i'm really happy about, its nice there are some people in the online community i can relate to and get on well enough to talk to on a regular basis, which makes the site much more enjoyable for me.

MGTOW and Feminism
Just to clarify i've NEVER met a MGTOW or hardcore feminist in Real Life lol, not one who was open about it at least, so its interesting seeing how strong peoples opinions are on this subject, i've seen YouTube videos and come to my own conclusions but i don't really think it affects my life or anyone's life i actually know in person so it can be a little strange to me seeing how strongly people talk about it on here, since its never really been part of what i've known, i pretty much think feminism is pointless in western society's and stick to my opinion on that and its why i've always said i'm not a feminist but i honestly don't know what that word even mean's anymore as the opinion of that word differs so greatly.
Fun
Yes, this is the best question and answer site i've used, I was a big member of Yahoo Answers before they changed the layout and in my opinion messed up the whole site, but this place to me is run great, i love how easy going they're and pretty much anything is allowed unless it is offensive, i've tried at least 15 or so forum websites and this one for me wins by miles, the fact you can put GIFs in your posts and there is many different category's to choose from with Other if you can't find a category your question belongs to and easy to get hold of staff if you have any issues, this site stands out from any forum site i have used by a long shot.
Addictive
Yup this site is addictive as hell, i left here for around 4 months dealing with some problems and i didn't think i'd be back but i couldn't help but return, its why i don't think its a good idea to deactivate accounts unless you're 100% sure you aren't going to be returning as you'll have to start all over again, but i think this one is pretty relatable for people knowing how so many users are regularly on here lol.
This was just a few points on some things on GAG.
