Great G@Gers: How to Be One

As a start, I would like to say that every G@Ger is great. This site by itself is a great idea, yes we have many things we don't like and would love to change, but that doesn't mean you can't be great.

Now just to be clear, to be a great G@Ger is not measured by your Xper level or badges. Sure it is great to have many, but it is not necessary to be great.

I have seen such great answers and great questions, I won't lie I rarely read myTakes, but I try my best to keep up with everyone, here are some tips to be awesome:

Be friendly.

Most people are just rude or trolls, why be like everyone when you can be different? People deserve some kindness and good words.

Friends no matter how different :)

Follow the people

It is good to follow people that you like. What is better is to follow all the great users here, and if you are brave you would follow the ones that you didn't agree with on many occasions too.

Try to be understanding

People ask questions sometimes because they are hurt or confused, just don't push them over the edge by being a pain in the neck and being judgmental, we all have our faults and mistakes.

Try to have some fun too

In every once and a while ask a funny question, or maybe better yet have some contest as a race to get the MHO, keep things alive and clicking.

Try to be diverse

Don't keep asking about the same topic. I am sure you have a lot of different questions on many different topics.

Don't go on spamming answers just to get Xper

Use your brain and bet, getting MHO can be good.

Write myTakes

Let the people know what you think and what is your view on topics.

Treat everyone as a family

You may never know who you will meet over here, it might be a best friend or a partner, whatever it is people are great and treat them based on that.

In the end, I want to say you are great no matter what. These tips are here just to guide you how to be more great!

Be free to write anonymously and however you like. This is probably the best feature a website can ever have because it allows a variety of responses good and bad which makes GAG worldclass.
