Not all users, but many of us want to have the feeling that we are a community. Even though I have only met one user in person, I have great fondness for many in the G@G community, I care what happens to them, and I wish them good fortune. . . and that even applies to the users with whom I usually disagree. Differences of opinion on political or social issue should not prevent us from being friends on a personal level.

If only we could teach this lesson to the denizens of Washington, D. C.!
