Well I may be a rarity but I am friends with a lot of girls I find attractive. I know I can't get them so I accept that and get on with it.
You must enjoy getting teased.
I don't really enjoy it, but I accept it. Its like living next door to a much richer neighbor. I'm not- not going to be friends with the guy just because he is richer than me and I kinda like the neighborhood too;)
It's been studied and Males do not have females around for "friends"
we can't be ourselves around females. We have females around when we are interested in them or someone close to them. Period.
I'm friends with a lot of girls who I've never considered dating. I do have female friends who I find attractive, and I've had a crush one one, but later decided that I liked our relationship how it was. Basically I disagree.
Although I do have friends who seem to want to date any girl who's nice and attractive, without getting to know them properly or being friends.
Well, I have a lot of close guy friends including my best friend and they all keep complimenting me a lot and we manage to do a lot of really fun things together but majority of them is gay so..^^;
All my male friends are either bisexual or gay.
Never fully know what a guy is thinking. Hahaha. They like to be mysterious. In my opinion a guy who says he wants to be friends and is not emotional available to you. Basically is saying let's have sex without sounding like a douchebag.

People can't be just friends with someone they are attracted to. Hence "attracted".
I can actually. My guy friends all like me but not all of them constantly flirt with me. And if they do, its not that serious. They are pretty chill in general. Hell, one tries to hook me up with people often enough.
If we're friends with an attractive girl, it would be extremely agonizing and cruel to know such girl AND know that you will never have her.
I'm friends with lots of girls. Reasons why I'm friends with a girl:
1. They are hot
2. They are funny, hilarious, or fun to be around

I'm a bit confused as to why you try to be friends in the first place? It sounds like you want a long-term relationship, he wants no strings attached, so you settle for friendship?
That is not true! A girl I used to be infatuated is HOT! We liked each other at different times so it never worked out. In the end I decided to move on and she's my best female friend!
If I'm genuinely interrested in a friendship then I'll be a goo friend to her but If I like her, she doesn't like me she tries to friendzone me and make me her emotional tampon I'm gonna be out of there for good
They can, the trick is going in intending to be friends and nothing more. One of my best female friends is absolutely stunning, but I have no intention of dating her.
