The person who came up with the idea of "alpha males" later on retracted that statement as he did more research with wolves.
He realized that the "alpha males and females," funny that the notion that an alpha female is forgotten, were just wolf parents.

Actually in mamy species, females go for smaller mates with brains. Of course there are women who go for these as you like to call them 'socially dominant' males. But there are also those who prefer intelligence so please my dude. Can you not like speak for everyone?

I am not an alpha, I dont think men can become Alphas. Normally I am sort of the right hand man to alpha types. I guess in certain instances I can be a situational alpha
I believe i qualify for most of your points but i don't really care cuz i do see there is a difference in male (or female) behaviors. But if u'r "alpha" "beta" "omega" doesn't matter they all have their uses. Some guys say there "alpha" but the more u say it the less u actually are, so my point is don't say u are something... be something. If people criticize u then see if u agree if so yeay, change abit.. If not then also yeay, don't.

I don't really care for the alpha male garbage. I know a lot of socially dominant men who are good with people and make friends wherever they go, but work shit jobs and have financial issues.
Just because you see a hot guy at a club that is confident and social, doesn't make him the best match for a relationship. That's something that a lot of people need to realize.
There are no “alpha males”. Particularly if they are self proclaimed. Dominant men don’t have to state it.

I never really got why they use terms like that, I personally just live as myself, God made me to be a very free-spirited person, I do what I want and do not care what others say.😊
I didn't read the whole thing but I do know that the guy who came up with the alpha wolf thing later wrote a retraction as he studied them a little bit more realizing that the ones he initially called alpha wolves were just the older wolves who are more experienced. But by then it was too late and everybody liked the idea too much to care about the truth.
I don't know if having a woman near you always is something Alpha, but if you ask my opinion being alpha means being masculine. A man who speaks whatever he wants, who doesn't afraid of anyone, can directly look into others eyes and talk with a high strong voice tone is considered Alpha.
About being a leader, seriously it comes natural. Yeah if you are somebody who looks strong, handsome or someone who can people trust they automaticly accept you as leader and they decide to follow you.
