@Lionman95 Yeah, like a simple gesture that says he is allowed to approach you, such as a simple wave or smile, something that indicates you are comfortable with this guy coming up to you and starting a conversation and possibly getting to know each other more.

It would be nice if we had more women who did actually approach guys, but one step at a time I suppose. It doesn't make a man submissive because he wants a woman to approach him, it simply means he doesn't want to be the only one trying to get the others attention, he wants the woman to try and get his attention too, and not just by wearing revealing clothing but by actually verbal communication.

You can give signs to confident men too, but if you don't give him any signs he may not approach you, cause he thinks you do not like him, so why bother. It doesn't mean he is not confident.
