Most guys also would be interested in most women, most of the time. We just don't act on it, if we are not single or for some other reasons.

Seems like a lot of work for a small reward. I'd never say those things to get in a woman's pants. A woman's arms are much more enticing than pants. Plus you're much more likely to get a hug than sex. Though that's if I can even get a compliment out in the first place. I'd probably be so shy/anxious I could barely get a word out.

My goodness you look like your in your early 20's or you have the body of a college cheerleader. You can add those to your list. But I would remove the one about intelligence because I will not actually have sex with a women that is not intelligent.
