What do I do about my neighbor? I think he is a peeping Tom but I don't know how to prove it?

Twice now I've caught someone looking into my house and I think it's my neighbor but both times I never got a clear picture. The first time was about a week ago I saw someone looking in my kitchen window. My kitchen window is small and has decorative curtains on it but they don't actually close and cover up the whole window. Not thinking about the window my boyfriend and I were having sex on the couch and when we finished I walked into the kitchen to get some paper towels to wipe his stuff off of me and that's where I saw a guy looking through the kitchen window at me naked.. My boyfriend quickly got dressed went outside to look and no one was there. You have to be on my front porch to look in my kitchen window but through the window you can see straight through my kitchen and to the couch we were having sex on. For all we know he was watching us have sex on the couch.

The 2nd time was last night, I was in my bathroom taking a shower when I got out I was standing there naked blow drying my hair. After about 10 minutes I was done and turn the light off and for no apparent reason I looked out the blinds and saw a guy walking away from my bathroom window and it looked a lot like my neighbor but I could not see his face. The blinds were closed but I wasn't sure if you could see me or not. I quickly went and told my boyfriend and he went outside to look again and no one was there, by this time I was scared. I went back in my bathroom turn the light on and asked my boyfriend to go outside to see if he could see me with the blinds closed. He said from standing far back looking into it he could not see me but when he walked up close he could look up through the blinds and see my whole body. This was twice now I know someone was watching me naked in my house and who knows how long it's been going on I've lived here for a year. How do I catch this guy? Do I call the cops? Would they be able to do anything?

My mom used to have a guy that stalked her for 6 months, and she had no idea (this was way before I was born). She would hear noises against her window, and her cat would start freaking out, so she'd call her brother to come over because she was too scared to look out the window. Eventually, she saw him staring in her bathroom window, and she called the cops, but he had no idea because she didn't freak out or look out the window again or anything. They ended up catching him, and he admitted to being in her apartment one night when she wasn't home. Next time you think you see someone looking in, pretend not to see them and quickly and quietly call the cops. I don't mean to scare you, but you never know what they're trying to do to you!

For christs sake. First thing: close window curtains before you have sex or are naked any time.

Set up video cameras outside your house.

Cops are good even though you have only your suspicions. They are often quite willing to run intermittent patrols by your way. Even if Mr. Peepers detects their presence at least he'll know someone is onto him. If the cops consider it a serious threat to your safety, they may even run not-so-detectable patrols, main goal being to snag his ass in the act.
Meantime, check the internet for sex offender registries in your area. Sometimes these are even specific to exact neighborhoods. They include all charges and a usually a mug shot. This would help you give the police probable cause to at least question him. In fact once you report your suspicions they themselves might even check the registry.

wow that's creepy hahaa. buy some Samsung cameras and set them up in strategic locations that can cover a wide field of view. when its motion sensor is activated it will start recording and upload it to a YouTube account of your choice.
