Can a man really change?

So my boyfriend is a liar and sneaky to boot... we broke up over it multiple times now... the last time we were apart for 3 months and I started dating someone else. Which he knows about. We ended up back together. He claims he's changed but because he lied so much in the past I no loner believe anything he says. So can a man change if he knows he can lose the woman he loves if he doesn't?

It doesn't make a difference their gender, anyone can change but it's a very tough thing to do. Once someone cheats, they are likely to do so again. People do lie, maybe he can stop the big lies and just tell the odd white one.

Personally I believe people don't change. ONLY if they want, they can change. You can not change them. But you can give reasons to change.

Anyone can change, but you can't make them do it. They have to want to change themselves.
