He likes fake breasts because he had a positive experience with a girl who had them in a previous relationship. If you main problem is that he doesn't suck on your nipple whilst sex then there's nothing you can really do that to ask him (politely of course) to do so. Another thing is that (judging from the way you wrote your rant) you seem to not respect your boyfriend's preferences. He is with you now so that alone should tell you that you not having fake breasts isn't a deal breaker for him. The last thing I would say is that you have C cup breast with implants. I've never felt fake boobs before, and I want to feel them, just to try, but I think real boobs are better than fake, but as I said, I haven't "squeeze" fake boobs xD
