Do guys post songs on Facebook to say something to a girl?

I started in a very complicated way with this guy. At some point he stopped to contact me due to my several trust issues, but i´m sure he still likes me, at least physically.
We are not friends on FB, but yesterday he posted this song on FB publicly (he doesn´t have a public profile though):

Do you think could be related to me? I did this before and posted a song about my state of mind, so I´m wondering if he is doing the same. Or am I overthinking?

He might have done it to get your attention and use it as a way to show you that he's interested in regaining contact but isn't ready to take the first step in contacting you. All you have to do is simply send a friendly message like ''Hey, how've you been?'' and see where that takes you.
