Do guys (especially shy ones) send songs to a girl they like?

I'm really curious, do guys ever send a girl they like a love song or something to describe their feelings without actually saying anything? Or do guys just send songs because they like the song?

(A shy guy perspective would be much appreciated). I was sent a song by this guy I like (who likes me too) and it was a fast love song and it mainly talked about a girl and a guy getting together and that the girl shouldn't run away, she should win his heart.

Does this mean anything?

I asked a similar question to this before. Most of the answers said that it doesn't mean that much since there are a lot of songs about love out there. But I think it all depends on your relationship. Did he just send you that song out of the blue? Were you flirting with one another? Are you just friends or "talking" / dating?

We were both sharing songs, and he brought this one up. I didn't know if it meant anything, but awhile before, we were texting each other and he was listening to music. I asked what songs he was listening to, and they were both really similar love songs/had the same theme and meaning. Could this mean something?

He may like those types of songs but if he's specifically sent you that song it could mean that he likes you. Maybe he was trying to send you a hint about how he feels because he's too shy to say it.

That's what I think it is. Because we used to be really good friends since we had a class together, and at first he was shy, but once he got to know me, he opened up. Now it's been a year since then, and I'm hoping to get him to open up to me again. So you think he likes me? I had a feeling he liked me back when we were really close

I send songs to my crush for the same reason, so that she listens to the lyrics and knows how I feel.

Shy girls are more quiet/nervous around the guy they like and it's no difference for us shy guys.

Any gesture from a shy guy is especially significant. You might try asking him for a small favor that you know he can fulfill and see how he responds. (From a recovering shy guy.)
