I wouldn't say those are slutty. Sexy, but not slutty. You can only show off one part of your body. Either legs or ass or boobs. If you show more than 1 part, it's not sexy anymore, it's trashy/slutty/desperate for attention. Since a loose shirt or loose top would cover your boobs and ass (if it's long enough), then I think it's not slutty. Although I personally would feel like running around in my panties if I wear short shorts. Not enough coverage to make me feel comfortable. Those things only go about 2 cm longer than your panties.

yea no I don't like shorts that are short enough to be panties - ew- although I've seen women do that and I am like "really?"
I like my bum cheeks being covered... and for them not to be SUPER tight...
I feel like in the summer the entire point of wearing shorts is so that you don't sweat yourself to death so to wear something TIGHT when you already feeling sticky and gross is kinda... gross? and pointless?
