Why would a guy follow a girl with his eyes?

Even while he's talking to a friend and always stare at her and touch your hair when you make eye contact.. I like this guy by the way. And his eyes literally follow me..

Women are incredible creatures. Imagine your favourite animal in the whole world and how you could just sit and gaze at its beauty all day long.

As someone who does this a lot (not on purpose), I can say he is interested. It is his subconscious mind communicating to you that he wants an interaction with you. He's probably nervous because perhaps he has encountered some form of hurt in his childhood. Just make it clear to him you want him to interact with you; smile at him, try to get close to him, anything that tells his subconscious mind that you like him.

1. we are creepy (stay away from us)
2. we like you and would like to get to know you (sexually or not)
3. we find you to be an interesting person for what you did sometime before
4. we may just be looking are your group not just you specifically
