If women truly knew they way men think you would be a lot more disgusted then that. But then you would also know that those thoughts don't define the kind of man we are. There is no way I can explain this in a way that a woman would understand. But we can separate those kind of thoughts from who we are as a person. I don't see why imagining people naked is a bad thing. Are you saying humans are intrinsically disgusting? Do you seriously look down on people that much? I think you should see a consultant about that.
Imagining women as sexual partners and imagining them naked are normal things. You're looking at things through a lens. Sexual desire is a naturally good thing, on par with emotional desire. It's gotten a bad reputation, but it isn't bad unless it's taken to an extreme (like everything else).
Women have similar desires, and they aren't dirty, either. I am given to understand that, like men check out women's bodies, women also check out men's bodies as they pass, only it isn't as conspicuous due to differences in peripheral vision. Like sexual fantasies, it isn't dirty--it's a valuable biological tool that helps them size up the kind of creature they are looking at.
The great majority of those disgusting men are merely admiring the visual aspect of physical beauty. They have no intention of touching the woman they've looked at.
