Why do guys always rage about girls who lift?

I mean, do guys seriously like girls who look like this?

Cuz I was under the impression that that was unnattractive. It is to me, anyway. I mean, "lifting" is a manly thing to do so why do guys think it's so hot?

Because they most likely eat healthy and are in top shape. They look better than women who just run and do other cardio exercises because those women often lack shape because they have no muscle at all, women who lift look healthier and probably are healthier, at least the natural ones that is. Most women have an unrealistic view of what happens when they lift weights - women don't get very big because they don't have enough testosterone to build high amounts of muscle. When you see women like the one you posted most likely she'll have been taking anavar (a mild steroid). This is the difference between a woman who lifts with steroids vs a woman who. lifts naturally:

These women don't look manly at all, they look fit. With the increasing number of women who would rather criticise any man who prefers a slim woman over a fat woman and cries about fat-shaming, of course these women who enjoy keeping in shape anyway are preferable, just as I'm sure women prefer men who keep themselves in shape too.

You don't have to be as big as she is. That's the thing about lifting, it's seriously like a natural way to do cosmetic surgery. Want a bigger ass? Lift. Want perkier boobs? Lift. You can control how toned and muscular you get, not all girls who lift look like the picture you provided. Some aren't as muscular, some are even more muscular. Guys like it because it gives you a big ass pretty much.
