If you like a guy, and he never looks away from your eyes does that mean he likes your eyes?

He just continously stares without looking away. Ever.

The first time I talked to him I literally peered right into his face and was talking, (I have huge eyes), so I wonder if he has liked them from the first time.

It's impossible to know just from your point of view. It's going to create a psychological effect when you think he's looking at only you or only in your eyes. You *think* he's only looking at you because when you look at him, he notices you looking at him so he looks back. You do the same thing with other people you don't like. The only reason you notice it with him is because you like him. There could be a number of things going through his head when you look into his eyes he could be thinking "Does she think I'm attractive?", "Does she think I'm creepy?", "Do I have something on my face?" "Is she a stalker?".
A lot of guys just want to know if you think they're attractive just for the compliment, not because they are attracted to you in return.

You don't know that he is continuously staring at you unless you have a camera pointed at him when you're not staring.
Like I said: he stares at you because you're staring at him.

I'll say it again: How do you know he is looking at you when you look away? Do you have eyes in the back of your head? A hidden camera pointed at him? A crystal ball that allows you to know what people are doing when you look away from them?

No he always does this thing when we're NOT talking, and he just stares at me continously from afar.

I don't know why.

Lol I'm not saying he doesn't like you, I'm saying that alone means nothing.
Even if all you're asking is if he likes your eyes... it's still not enough.

For example, I make it a point to look people in the eyes when they're talking to me... does that mean I like all of them?

By itself, it doesn't mean much. He other got lost and started daydreaming or you did something that caught his attention unknowingly. Unless he also flirts with you, then I can't say.

He does that ALL the time not just on the off-hand.

He isn't confident enough to flirt.

If he can uphold a conversation with you normally then chance are he would have flirted in some way or another... even if it was paying you a small compliment.
