Should I be concerned that my husband's Facebook status still says "Interested in Women" after over a year of marriage and 4 years in a relationship?

My husband claims he hardly uses Facebook. Since being married we both said that we would delete our accounts. Out of curiosity I looked one day to see if his account was active again and sure enough it was and still is. I asked him about it and he basically brushed it off as nothing. However, most of his "new friends" he's added are single females. Well most of his friends are females. Also, his status still says interested in women. When I asked him to update it and change it if he still chooses to periodically use Facebook, he said,"no". Brushing me off as if I'm insecure, etc. I turned the question around to ask him how he would feel if I went against what we originally planned and hadn't or refused to change my relationship status. He said, "not good". Need help with this situation.

Do the same to him - reactivate your FB and then add him and TONS of hot guys as 'friends' until he agrees to erase his profile. This is a deeper issue though. It's about respect and integrity shown to the one you're married to. FB is not important and if he says its not then no fear in erasing it right? - YOUR FEELINGS ARE IMPORTANT. MASSIVE RED FLAG.

I don't have Facebook anymore so I don't know if it's changed. I could be wrong. I know it used to be interested in and relationship status were separate and interested in was just the orientation.

Also, him adding females on his facebook is natural as long as he's not flirting then I see no wrong.
