Girls, do you notice men's stares more when you wear skirts, dresses?

Do you notice that around this hot season when we wear skirts or dresses guys stare more, catcall (ew) or generally hit on you more?
I noticed it and it kind of shocked me when guys who pay 0 attention to you before, suddenly can't take their eyes of you if you wear skirt or dress.
Sometimes its really out of place.
Also I hate it when they think we dress to tease, when we dress because its freaking 40 degr. hot outside.

Yeah! I know exactly what you're talking about. Whenever I put on a skirt, dress, or pair of short shorts, I get a lot more glances and looks then if I was wearing a simple pair of jeans and sweater. It's weird, and sometimes makes me feel uncomfortable. But it's also flattering at the same time.
I also hate that guys think we dress to show off or tease. Because really, sometimes it's just hot outside!! Like, seriously guys...

No, I have never noticed this. I get an equal amount. Like once, I was wearing a jacket and, tight ripped jeans. I was at an event downtown and, a lot of women were wearing dresses and, heels but, I still got approached by a lot of men.

Yeah in school that happens when I wear something that shows my legs I have long legs so for me it hard to fix it too show less and sometimes even make teacher which really disturbs me
