Wondering what are some subtle signs of interest a man might give towards a lady that he's interested in? What are "feeling her out" signs like?

Here's my specialty. Is he making extended eye contact with you? Did he repeat your name in the conversation? Is he touching you anywhere on your body, usually on your shoulders or maybe he'll make an excuse to touch your hair, or even try to hold your hand to do some cold reading techniques? Did he ask for your phone number? What did his body language look like? If the body language is positive, and he is doing most of the above things, then he is most definitely into you.
