Teen guys want sex for the same reason that everyone wants to ride the newest roller coaster at the amusement park - it's not only awesome, but it's also NEW, and there's no better awesome than NEW awesome.
Sex is one of the ultimate experiences a human can have - it's up there with roller coasters and skydiving and getting a ride in a jet fighter. And even a jet pilot who flies several times a week still gets a thrill out of flying - but nothing was as powerful as the anticipation of his first flight in one.
So, yes, you're just going to have to learn to accept that virtually every teen guy is going to want sex - more than they want anything else - and you need to adjust your behavior and expectations accordingly. ASSUME they are playing the sex angle anytime they are interacting with you, because they are. Even your best guy friends will want to bang you, even if they never make a move. That's just how guys are. It doesn't make us BAD, but we ARE *different* - in good ways and bad ways.
The sooner you accept that, the easier it will be to deal with guys.
Hormones area freaking crazy at that age. While I'm only 24 I've already calmed down quite a bit about that sort of thing. But when I was 15 it is those bodily changes combined with the emphasis put on the matter (especially when boys communicate between themselves...) that makes it such a huge priority. Set up boundaries and be friends or hang out and get to know him better. But tell him where you stand on the matter and everything will work out fine :)
Because they are going through puberty and peer pressure where they are told that if they don't get laid by a certain age then they are losers. Societal pressures and so called "norms". Puberty = horny. Not all guys are super into sex, but they want to try it out.
It's just how their brains are wired. And they are young and it's new to them, so they don't understand themselves. Just like girls brains are wired to attach to the person they have sex with. It's instinct and survival.
Guys their guys and guys have a completly different mental and phycial physiology. Their needs are also different from girls.

Not all Teenage guys only want sex but all of them like all teenagers want to try it out, some wait, most don't so they go at it. I will tell you one thing though you are 15 and you don't need to be having sex at that age especially since you are not ready don't ever listen to people who tell you "oh you are loser" if you haven't had it yet. DO IT WHEN YOU ARE READY ! This one girl at my school was really smart and nice and innocent hung out with the wrong crowd just two nights now she is totally different and she just fucks guys... I'm not sitting here making fun of the girls who do that, whatever promotes their sex drive that is on them. Just don't be pressured to do something like having sex you are not ready for :)
Cause at that age sex is better than relationships. Almost no relationships at that age have any future, they all die sooner or later, and they have lots of problems. So why deal with that, when you can just have sex?
Because at that age some guys think with their dick and not their heart

Guys also want compassionate love and friendships with girls, but hormones sometimes makes sexual pleasure like food saturation.
It's because guys our age are always horny. And they've had bad parenting... being completely honest here, I would love to have sex. But I'm not going to until I'm married.

It's a given that teenage boys want sex, but they don't seem to put any effort in any more. I believe they watch too much porn.
