Why would a guy ignore me but then view all my snapchat stories right away?

I feel like this is so dumb to ask.. I'm new to this snapchat thing even if I am 21 years old.. I got it a month ago and it's cool.

Anyways, I have a hook up guy I see every weekend or so, and he always would respond to me. The day after the last time we saw each other, I messaged him asking if he wanted to ever hang out (but no sex) and he never responded (this was Thursday) so the next day I messaged him nvm, forget it. The following day I asked what he was doing that night, again he opened it but never responded. Yet, he is viewing me snapchat story way more than he ever had before, he opens it right away (you can see who viewed it). So if he doesn't care about me why would he continue to view it?

Perhaps he just doesn't care enough to respond but would instead view your stories or whatever to deduce what you are like. Or perhaps he quickly scrolled through them without viewing but I dunno.

Either way, you won't be getting much out of him anyway.
