Why does this guy watch all my snapchat stories?

There is this guy in my class who I never talked to irl. He went on and added me on snapchat and then watched all my snapchat stories (even when i post multiple at the same time). Is he interested in me? Why hasn’t he initiated contact?

He could have either A) just been going through stories or B) he may like you and want to know what your up to.
