why is my crush rude to me?

I am having my crush over a boy who is 2years older than me. I almost had crush over him for more than 2 years. He's In college now. And I'm still in school. We meet during a competion. Ans since then I have been liking him a lot. But in last 6 months lost mine intrest in him. For the very first time when I sended him a friend request he was like 'i dint accept request of kids'. It felt bad but I was over this issue. When he was not awared that I have a crush over him he was cool to me. But from the time he is awared that i had a big crush over him he is being a bit rude. He's like 'hmmm'when ever we have chats or whatever. He behaves weird. I miss him the way he was before. I accept the reality that in mine 8th grade I was fat. But now I have lost mine weight and do look attractive too. I never liked because if him heartthrob cute face instead i liked him bc he was very funny, caring, protective etc. When i was 8th we went in a singing comptition as a band. I was a singer and he was playing keyboard. Their were many other guyz of his age in our band. They all were older than me. I still do talk to everyone. They are good with me but not him. I was never awared about the fact that he use to know that I have a crush over him. I got to know this year. Guys please tell me whats Going up in my life. Its getting complicated
