How do you deal with a nonchalant boyfriend?

Talk to him about whatever is bothering you. It doesn't necessarily mean he doesn't care (but could also). Is he just easy going or does it seem more like he just doesn't care? Most or a lot of guys are like this. We aren't much for drama like women are but there's a difference between easy going and just not caring.
