Guys (and girls), how often would you look at your crush?

Let's say you were a Grade 9 boy and you're starting the year at a new school. Or you're just a Grade 9 boy in general and you have a crush in your class.

How often would you look at your crush? Like would you ALWAYS look at her when she speaks in the classroom? Or when she gets up to get something at the front cupboard? Or when she comes in and out of the door?
What if you two sit on the opposite side of the room, would you still look at her?
Can you even develop a crush on someone within three days?
Or would you just look at someone because you think she's cute?

Every time my crush talks, i look at him. But i probably wouldn't look at him if he was right behind me because i dont want him to know i like him.

I would say if you crank your neck to look at him as you cross the room, then that's a bit too much. Try to make it subtle. When i was in 11th grade, I would steal glances at the guy I was interested in. But anyway, try approaching him during passing periods (switching classes) or if you're in a school where you stay in 1 room while the teacher switches, than during lunch, even if it's scary or intimidating, try joining his group of friends to sit with. If you two are already friends, than it'll be easier to ask.
