Flirting glance or creepy stare?

Girls, I was wondering, when a guy is checking you out or eying you up and down what is the difference between a casual flirt and a creepy stare? Be as specific as you want.

It all depends on how he holds himself and what's he doing and whose he's with. If he's flirting, he usually is smiling one of those small smiles that normally are ignored. He acts and looks comfortable. He's not tensed or anything like that. Understand so far? Good. When guys are creepy staring(sex thoughts) they're hastily looking up and down a girl, lingering on those parts. Most of the time, a guy's hand will be or go to his croch if he's creepy staring. Just from experience, this is what I've seen. ^^ Hope it helps what ever cause you're using it for.

being creepy depends on the way you were staring and your face expressions, when you stare you have to be cute about it, you shouldnt give that " in your face" stare, you should always know when to look away and act as you weren't looking in the first place, so staring at a girl for a realy long period of time while biting your nails is CReePY, being flirty like I said you should be your self and act normal when a girl catch's you try smiling, the smile might fix the situation if you unentintionaly gave a creepy stare.
