Why did my friends with benefits delete me off social media?

My friends with benefits and I were talking for a while and i got ghosted about a month or two ago. Now I see that he deleted me off all social media... I kind of liked this guy and I never did anything wrong. I realize that it may be because he has a girlfriend but I highly doubt that.

I had one and the girl blocked me from everything except snap and later admitted she got a boyfriend and didn't want to have my influence around bothering her boyfriend ( I understand this) so perhaps this reason?

Just because someone deletes you from Facebook doesn't mean they dislike you. Sometimes they don't want drama. Ask them why you are deleted and keep your relationship going. Be honest here.
