Why are ugly/unattractive guys are mean to me but attractive guys are nice?

When I like an attractive guy, they will be super nice to me and one actually asked me out. But when I like an ugly/unattractive guy they act so mean and reject me and look weirdly at me and show their interest to very pretty girls only.

Attractive guys are social and are used to girls liking them so they know how to treat you better, but ugly guys as you put it don't have that kind of agility or ability with girls. To be honest, they don't even like-like the really pretty girls, they just fantasize about them despite knowing that they don't stand a chance. Best to ignore when they're being mean. It's rather trivial really.

Well I don’t know really... maybe because attractive guys don’t know how to act rude to girls since girls never been rude to them. Unattractive have been rejected so many times so they know how to reject a girl just by looking at her.

That's not quite it. Unattractive guys are really guarded. They have built walls to protect themselves from the many rejections that they've received. Attractive guys know how to be rude, trust me about 8/10 are egotistical assholes, but they choose not to be specially when they notice that you might have a thing for them or when it's convenient. Yeah, they don't get rejected often but they have been. No matter how attractive they are.
