My boyfriend gets pissed if other guys check me out?

1) If we're out doing things together and another guy walks by or is near me and checks me out, my boyfriend will see that and will get upset and will imagine beating the guy up. He doesn't act on it but he hates when other guys look at me. Is this normal?

2) My boyfriend allows me to wear scandalous/revealing outfits only if he is going to be with me, but doesn't want me wearing those same outfits if I go somewhere without him. Why is that and why does that make a difference?

1) my boyfriend can be the same way, however he just gets annoyed and makes it obvious we're together. he cares, but knows that I'm only into him and idc if someone else looks at me so he doesn't worry about it too much

2) I think what you're describing could be him a little controlling, but nothing I'd worry about it. Of course he doesn't want you to wear revealing clothing because as much as I hate to say this, it opens you up to people taking notice. It's your body though, so if you want to wear something revealing without him you have every right to do so.

I don't think it's bad but if he gets violent, then that's when you should reconsider the relationship. I mean if he doesn't want you to wear too revealing clothing, you can choose not to out of respect. Just compromise with him about what you both want.

He is controlling. This is very unhealthy for any relationship. If he ever gets violent, unload him asap. He won't change.

The behaviour of this guy could be too dominating, controlling.

He should care that other guys look at you. You're his girlfriend after all. He should realize as well that there is nothing to be done about it and no harm comes from it. I dare to say he checks out other girls as well. All guys do, pretty sure all girls do as well. We have eyes and we use them to look at things.

I think he tries to avoid losing you to someone else honestly.
