If there was a guy in great shape, and has been working hard to get that physique, would it be douchy to post a picture of him shirtless? If so what would help to make it seem less douchy?

It makes you seem conceded. You're bragging. Women don't find that to be an attractive quality. They like confident but not cocky/conceded. There's a right time and place to take your shirt off to show off those muscles and that's during foreplay.
