Even regards to a simple little girl movie some white men are foaming at the mouth because a little black girl is being casted to play. I've seen some white girls mad but not to extent of grown ass white men are.

out of all the guys i know i would say white women are more racist. and even so, few are. the majority of "white men" that are racist are over 40 and grew up in racist households. but even then, few are. the news has blown the racist issue with white men wayy out of proportion (i have never met someone who was racist or said racist things) in fact i would say the most racism that happens in america is against white people.

I think it might be because men are generally more aggressive and it’s socially acceptable for them to be outspoken.

Women are conditioned to be softer and quieter (polite).

I don’t think one gender is necessarily more prone to being racist. It’s just women are conditioned to be nice and polite. They’re not likely to “show” racist behavior. If they were racist you wouldn’t know it.

Men are more likely to show it. So it’s easy to see white men as more racist.

Racism isn't about your sex or even your supposed "race". It is simply about what groups you see and how you "rank" those groupings. You can't be protected from being a racist because of your gender. It would be like saying a woman could not actively participate and support a system that discriminated against women and treated them less than human.
