I’ve been friends with benefits with a guy for a year. I found out he went on a trip to Cancun with a girl for his birthday. To which he told me he was going with “friends”

I've been trying to talk to him since he got back from Cancun, but he’s been ignoring me. usually when he ignores me he tells me that it’s due to stress, not in the mood or having family issues.

Today when I asked him if he was ok, he said yes that he just needs space.
