Crush says he hates kids and at most will have only one in the future. What do you think of someone that hates children? Why do u think he does?

Some people just don't have the urge to have kids. My theory is they aren't genetically prone to wanting to reproduce. In women there is an estrogen marker called the mommy gene that some women have that makes them want to be moms. It's a good thing that birth control exists now so people can make that choice because 100s of years ago people reproduced whether they wanted children or not.

I have a friend who has never really cared for kids. It's hard for me to fathom being on the other side of the fence. It doesn't compute for me but I, also, had another friend years ago who was the same way. She thought about maybe have one child for awhile if her husband wanted a child but that always sounded like a bad idea.

Could be a bad childhood, etc. etc.

If he says it believe. Never try to change the mind of someone who thinks this. I've only seen a few cases where people went ahead and had kids and it worked out well.

Look, coming from someone else that also hates kids, it's not a bad thing. Some people just are not kid people for various reasons: they are a financial burden, stressful, a lot of work to raise... the list goes on. Yes, there are benefits to having kids, but that's assuming you -want- kids.

Some people call us "selfish" but hey, maybe he has other ideas of what he wants in life and a relationship other than children. If that's an issue with you, perhaps it's not the right man for you.

Having kids with someone who hates kids is a terrible idea. Even if he only has one he'll fuck the kid up.

I’m sure he doesn’t hate them but would just hate to have them if that makes any sense? It’s just down to personal preference whether someone wants to have children or not. I wouldn’t judge anyone for their choice. It can mean some couples are not compatible - meaning someone who wants kids may not see a future with someone who doesn’t want them and vice versa.

I don't know but if you like kids and want more than one I would say this is one you want to stay away from. Guys who do not like kids would not be a good dad and may even be abusive with them.
